We are excited to announce the migration of our civil cases to a new software solution. CIVIL CASES, ACTIVITY AND FILINGS ARE NOW AVAILABLE ON OUR NEW SITE => https://search.desotoparishclerk.org/
Civil cases/activity prior to 4/21/2023 will remain on Cott eSearch for now, but note that CIVIL activity after this date will NOT be available on this site.
Users will need to setup a new account with a valid email address, and we will migrate and link any existing subscriptions and/or funds into the new account. Criminal and Property records will be migrated as well in the upcoming weeks. Please contact our office at (318) 872-3110 x 3 or email susan.hunt@desotoparishclerk.org if you need assistance. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our services for our users.

** There is a $0.30 + 0.03% Service fee for each credit card transaction (except subscription fees). So building a shopping cart and paying at one time can save money. To save even more money, you can fund a pre-paid account. Using the funds from a pre-paid account does not incur service fees per transaction.
** The watermark will be removed once an image is paid for. You will have access to purchased images for Seven days to allow time for printer malfunctions. (you MUST have an active subscription to access the system)
