As you have noticed we have launched a new eCommerce search site. It is our desire to provide you with the information we have on our systems. In an effort to bring additional features on-line in the future, we have to come up with ways to pay for those endeavors and this is one of them. We currently have all of our Real Estate index records from 1940 to Current available on-line. We also have the images available from 1940 to Current. It is our ultimate goal to have all of our Real Estate records from 1822 to current on-line, so that you can do a complete title search.

Guest Users:
If you don’t want to create an account at this time, you can view index information. However you will not be able to view images. Simply click the login as guest button to the left under the login box.
For New Subscribers:

To Create an Account:
1. Fill out the registration form by clicking the "Create an Account" link to the left underneath the login box.
2. Accept site usage terms and conditions.
3. Select a Subscription that best fits your needs. Note: You will be prompted to renew your subscription automatically when access to your account expires.

For Existing Subscribers:
If you are an existing customer and your subscription has expired, you will be prompted to select a subscription after you have signed in.

To view and print images on this site requires the creation of an account and the purchase of a subscription. These subscriptions are only for this external site only. You may use this account internally but the fees remain the same. The account information is not shared between sites
Each payment by credit card will include a $0.30 Service Fee + a 1% transaction fee to recover the costs imposed by the card companies. You can minimize the impact of the Service Fee ($0.30) by filling your shopping cart with many images rather than paying for a single document or image at a time.
