AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2019 STATE TAX LIENS ARE LISTED ON THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE’S STATE TAX LIEN REGISTRY, AVAILABLE AT dor.sc.gov/LienRegistry.   

To reduce any confusion for the public, on November 2, 2019 we removed the ability for the public to view the State Tax Liens.  Upon removal we were unaware Worker Comp Notice of Liens and Department of Workforce Liens were filed in the State Tax Lien Book in past years.  On January 6th we reinstated the permission for the public to have the ability to view State Tax Liens.
