While searching court records please be sure to cross reference with the NYSCEF website. You can access that site by clicking on the following link: https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/HomePage

Instructions for New Users
Viewing of documents is free for all users, simply click on the box that says "Sign in as Guest". However, if you wish to print documents, you must create an account. Once your account is established, registered users will be able to print documents at $.50 per page.
To Create an Account:

Click on Create an Account (below where you sign in as a user or guest)

Accept "Agreement of Terms"

Fill out Registration Form by Creating a User ID and Password. Making sure to complete all Required Fields

Click Create Account (Search screen pops up)
To Add Money to your New Account with a Credit Card:

Click Prepaid Account

Click Create New Account
-
Name Account
-
Add the Amount of Funds you Wish to Add to your Account (remember, there will be a 3% convenience charge added)

Add to Shopping Cart

Click on the Shopping Cart

You will then add your Credit Card Information, Click Process, Click OK or Close
To Add Additional Money to an Already Existing Account

Click on Prepaid Balance
-
Click on Add Funds
-
Add the Amount of Funds you Wish to Add to your Account (remember, there will be a 3% convenience charge added)

Put in Shopping Cart

Click on the Shopping Cart

You will then add your Credit Card Information, Click Process, Click OK or Close
You can reprint a purchased image for free for 120 days by going to shopping cart then purchase history and selecting which one you want to print.
You still have the option to put funds on your account by check. Mail check to:
