IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

Beginning Tuesday, June 2, 2026, our office will be transitioning from our current vendor (Cott Systems) to a new software vendor (Courthouse Computer Systems). The current system will be phased out once the transition is fully operational with our new vendor. However, until the new system is complete and ready to use, you may continue to use the Cott System for searches. Please note, any searches performed on June 2, 2026 or after, WILL NOT include any instruments that have been recorded after the close of business on June 1, 2026. Until the new Courthouse Computer System is fully implemented, you may need to use both systems for an accurate search.
