NOTICE:  Effective July 1, 2024, online search subscription options will be as follows:  

Land Records only - access for 24 hours is $20.00; 

Civil Records only - access for 48 hours is $100.00; 

Land Records only - annual subscription is $125.00; 

Land and Civil Records only-  annual subscription is $450.00;

For current subscription holders, there will be no changes to your account until it’s time to renew.

There will be a charge of $1.00 per page if you print any of the scanned images.
 

Each user will have to have his or her own unique login (User ID)
    User ID must be at least 5 characters and can only contain letters and/or numbers.  
    Do NOT use an eMail address
    Each password must be at least 5 characters and may contain numbers and/or “special characters”
    Passwords will be “case sensitive” --- a capital “W” is different from a small “w”
READ the SITE REQUIREMENTS located to the left of this message. Meeting these requirements will ensure that the site functions properly and delivers the best possible usage experience.

To Create an Account:

1.      Click the "Create an Account" link to the left underneath the Account Sign In box.

2.      Accept the site Terms of Service / User Agreement.

3.      Fill out the registration form and click “Create User”.

4.      You will be automatically logged in and may begin to use the system, after paying the subscription fee.
