Here you can get access to indexed information and images for land records and other recorded information maintained by each participating office without the hassle and time of traveling to each office. Since the participating offices are powered by Cott Systems, our unique and powerful integration brings you timely and reliable information, often within minutes of recording. All information found in the portal is linked directly to each County’s recording or Online Index Books system powered by Cott Systems Inc., including the hosting and management of this portal.
We are excited to let you know that the new RECORDhub search portal is available for searching. On the new RECORDhub portal, you will continue to have the ability to search records, and print or download images, index data, and search results.
In addition to several new counties on the RECORDhub Portal, the following counties have moved to RECORDhub and no longer reside on the Illinois Portal.

If you access records for several different counties, you may need to maintain subscriptions on both the IL Portal and the RECORDhub portal.
